Residential Building Concrete Flooring Project (Indonesia)
Project Overview: A large-scale residential community project in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a total construction area of 80,000 square meters, requiring high flatness and smoothness of the concrete floor. The project adopted our power trowel, floor polishing machine and floor curing machine to complete the floor construction.
Equipment Used: 10 sets of 1.2m power trowels, 5 sets of floor polishing machines, 3 sets of floor curing machines
Project Effect: The construction efficiency was improved by 30% compared with the traditional method, the floor flatness reached the international standard (error ≤ 2mm/m), and the surface was smooth and wear-resistant. The project was completed 15 days ahead of schedule, and was highly recognized by the project party.
Road Construction Project (Kenya)
Project Overview: A rural road construction project in Kenya, with a total length of 50km, mainly for road base compaction and concrete surface construction. The project adopted our small road roller, concrete vibrator and concrete road cutting machine.
Equipment Used: 8 sets of 1.5t small road rollers, 12 sets of concrete vibrators, 4 sets of concrete road cutting machines
Project Effect: The small road roller is flexible and suitable for rural road construction with narrow roads; the concrete vibrator ensures the compactness of the concrete surface; the road cutting machine realizes accurate joint cutting, avoiding cracks. The road quality meets the local traffic standards, and the service life is expected to reach more than 10 years.
Industrial Workshop Floor Project (Germany)
Project Overview: An industrial workshop project in Munich, Germany, requiring high load-bearing capacity and wear resistance of the floor. The project adopted our vacuum dewatering machine, power trowel and floor polishing machine to complete the floor construction.
Equipment Used: 2 sets of concrete vacuum dewatering machines, 6 sets of ride-on power trowels, 4 sets of high-efficiency floor polishing machines
Project Effect: The vacuum dewatering machine effectively removes the excess water in the concrete, improving the strength and density of the floor; the ride-on power trowel ensures the flatness of the large-area floor; the high-efficiency floor polishing machine makes the floor surface have a high gloss. The floor load-bearing capacity reaches 30t/m², meeting the needs of industrial production.
